Kia ora, Bonjour, Hello,  I'm Anthony!

I'm a software developer from New Zealand who packed everything up and moved to Toronto, Canada in 2010 to live and work. I'm still here where I drink Timmy's, tell Canadians they say 'aboot', and use expressions no one understands.

Earlier in my career I did development in Fortran, C++, and Java, then I moved on to developing products mainly the .NET stack like C#, ASP.NET MVC / Web API, Angular, WinForms and Entity Framework / MS SQL.

These days I work as an Engineering leader with a little bit of DevOps sprinkled in, where my main goal is to help my team get what they need so we can together deliver products to our clients.

At home I run macOS and have dabbled in Node / Express, Python / Flask, Postgres and Android. Away from the computer I enjoy DIY projects around the house, woodworking and seeing the world.
